I have one suggestion if you haven't tried it. Works for me and I had the same problem. Hopefully you are comfortable with your ass since you need to get up there to reach your prostate. When you are just at the point of losing it, stop and just rub your prostate. If you time it right you will ejaculate a full load but not experience a full orgasm.
