I wanted to share some information about a survey that is being conducted here in Ontario, Canada.

These are the criteria for participation in the survey:

To complete this survey you must be:
1) 16 years of age or older;
2) be attracted to more than one sex and/or gender and identify as bisexual, two-spirited, pansexual, fluid, queer or a related term; and
3) live, work or receive health care in [the Province of] Ontario [Canada].

I am a respondent in the survey; therefore, I have a limited number of survey codes to distribute. If you meet the above criteria and would like participate, contact me via my email:

Good for the provincial government of Ontario--I hope that many of those they are seeking to take the survey do so. It must be nice to live in a place that there is recognition and acceptance that people are more than either simply hetero or gay.
