try searching amateur porn sites, there is circlejerk vids out there they are just hard to find....
as for setting up circlejerk groups and meetings, the hard part is finding enuf interested people that are qenuinely interested in a circlejerk....
how about trying a different approach like a bukake party ? that may attract more interest
Go to www.FetLife.com then look up the groups in your state and town, or nearby vacinities.

http://xhamster.com has circle jerk movies. There aren't many there, and if you search "circle jerk" on that site (without the quotes) it will return hundreds of vids with just "circle" or "jerk" in the title, but a fwe are actually circle jerk vids.
Gaytube.com has a number of circle jerk vids, but most are listed under "gang bangs". You might try there.
As for hosting...
I participate in a regular weekly all-male get together that's been going for some time. It's always hosted the same day/time/location and there are a LOT of people who are invited but usually only 5-10 show up on any one night. The host is the one who primarily invites new people but once you've been there a while, he extends invitation privileges. That stability in time/location/host is, I think key, for this party to work.
Know you're just getting started, but might want to look at setting the first one up so that you could create the same "regularity" if it manages to take off.
Also, IMO, Craigslist seems geared for last minute hookups. I've looked at it for fun, but never placed/responded to an ad.
I think a site like here, FriendFinders, FetLife, would be a much better place to search. I'd focus on connecting with the members who have pics, profiles, videos, and chat/cam/post regularly as they are somewhat more likely to have a serious interest in connecting with people.
