Savannah is a strange place; generally, if you can't document your lineage back to Gov. John Sevier, or perhaps if your greatest grandfather didn't, in tears, help cart General Albert Sidney Johnston off the battlefield and back to Corinth you might as well not get up with morning's light. But there's always the deep swift waters below Cherry Mansion and the bewhiskered catfish lurking there. Nice to meet you, perhaps we may talk or message sometime.

I grew up in Savannah and I have my share of good, great, and lousy memories. Too many of its folks intruded my experiences where its few angels would never have lighted. Oh well, every one has experiences that season the flavor of their childhood memories some sour some sweet.
