Meet-up groups???

So I clicked on the 'events'part and seen lots of wonderfully worded meet-ups where I could travel out of my area and look in to this and get to know what's going on in my head....but they are all for 2010 :(

Surely there is more in England? Or are we actually THAT repressed and living up to out true stereotype??

Yes, that section of the site is way out of date, like stuff still listed from 2008. It could use some updating for sure.

Events listings are broken so they all state 2010 even where they are for 2011. The website's events system only runs to 31 Dec 2010.

But to be honest, for UK bi what's on listings / local events and groups listings, you're better off looking at the calendar on BiMedia (http://BiMedia.org/) or the group listings on BCN (http://www.bicommunitynews.co.uk/).

we should organise something for LGBT History Month, it's every Feb, but it would be a great month to get some groups going.
im pretty desperate at the moment to meet another living and breathing bi person.

There were at least 2 bi things for LGBT HM in the UK this year - one in Manchester and one in London. Manchester one had speaker, group discussion and drinkies, and was good to meet a few new people there who I hope to see again... dunno about the London one, bit far away!
